How do I get started?

You can fill out the “Order Now” form. The information goes to your culinary concierge who will then contact you back to confirm billing and delivery address. You can also call us directly at 407-906-4661 and we will be more than happy to help you.

Why must I speak with a culinary concierge before starting?

Our culinary concierge will need a bit more information before being able to start working their magic. Information such as your likes/dislikes, allergies, if any doctor or personal trainer dictated diets, delivery and billing information. Once we become friends, your culinary concierge will be able to perfectly pick your weekly meals for you, making eating healthier much more convenient!

What happens after I sign up?

Before we shower you with gifts, we figured we would send you our “Welcome to the Fresh-N-Healthy Family” letter via email once your personal profile has been processed. The welcome letter will confirm your information and tell you how Fresh-N-Healthy works but if you have any questions don’t hesitate to contact us. Be sure to check the email for accuracy and let us know if anything is incorrect. Once you receive your first bag, enjoy your delicious food, share with friends, even post pictures on social media! Some people even pinch themselves to make sure it’s all really happening because we are a dream come true to the nutrition community.

Do you have a referral program?

What are your prices? Do you offer discounts?

10 meals for $10.50 per meal

  • Each additional meal is $10. Kids Meals are $7

We do offer discounts if you choose  our prepaid programs:

  • 100 meals $9.50 per meal
  • 21 Day Cleanse – $315

Prepaid programs includes full meals (lunch/dinner, breakfast, kids meal), you may add additional snacks & desserts for their regular prices. Prepaid programs do not include tax or delivery fees.

Where do you deliver?

Our main kitchen is based out of Orlando but our big brains were able to figure out how to service all of Central Florida and its surrounding areas

For our local delivery, if you reside in one of these counties, you receive two deliveries a week, Monday/Thursday by 7am at your home or 10am-2pm to your office: Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Lake.

What do I do with my coolerbag and ice packs? 

We ask that you please place your bags and ice packs out front every delivery night so our drivers may swap them out with a fresh bag for you. If you have not returned your bag within 72 hours of your last delivery and are no longer using our service or using our service and failed to place bags out for 3 consecutive deliveries, you will incur a $20 non return bag fee. Once you return your bag, we will credit your meal account $10 towards your future meals (No refund, food credit only).

Can I pause/change my program?

Feel free to let us know before Thursday 10pm of any changes to your account and it will reflect immediately. If making changes after Thursday 10pm, your changes will reflect the following week.

 

What if I open up my food container and do not like the way my sweet potato is looking at me?

Call us immediately and let us get you a new meal and a refund. All of our meals are backed with 100% money back guarantee. Always feel confident knowing we are on your side!

How do I heat up my meals?

The containers are microwave safe. Unseal the top of the meal container and rest the top of the lid on the container (the lid should not be sealed; this allows heat to escape but keeps the meal from drying out). Heat in the microwave for 1 minute to 1:30 minutes depending on your preference. Some meals might require more time depending on microwave. We recommend checking for temperature and resume heating in 30-second increments until desired temperature is achieved. Remove any separate containers containing items intended to be eaten cold such as trail mix, applesauce, yogurt, salsa, etc.

How many days do the meals last?

Remember, none of our meals have preservatives. The shelf life of the meals if properly refrigerated is 4-6 days. To ensure freshness, this is why we deliver twice a week.

Are the meals ever frozen?

No, we prepare the meals fresh. The meals are never frozen and we do not recommend freezing the meals as it diminishes the taste of the meals and could modify the nutritional values.

I saw you have a plan for diabetics, how friendly is this plan to diabetics?

our meals are all diabetic friendly, in that they do not cause as high a spike in blood sugar or as quick a spike in blood sugar compared to other types of meals. For example, if you are eating a lot of processed carbohydrates (white bread, white rice, foods that come in packages, cookies, etc.) these are the kind of carbohydrates that will cause a rapid spike a blood sugar because they are quickly digested. Complex carbohydrates (brown or wild rice, barley, buckwheat, quinoa) have a lot of fiber, take longer to break down, and move slower through your system so that your sugar does not spike as much or as quickly. The Paleo option is also available if you do not want to receive any complex carbohydrates. Feel free to have your endocrinologist or primary doctor contact us to discuss your nutritional needs.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

We will be sad to see you depart from our family, we ask that you give us a chance to make things right if for whatever you reason you are leaving is a negative one. We require 3 business days’ notice prior to cancellation for week to week services. All programs purchased with a promotional rate of $500 or more are NON_REFUNDABLE. If you authorize us to charge your account more than $500 for a prepaid plan, you are agreeing to the non-refundable terms. Food credit will be issued in leiu of a refunded. ONLY FOOD CREDIT NO REFUND. This is to avoid malicious chargebacks from peopl who get food delivered and then chargeback their whole account. If a monetary refund is given for accounts cancelled prior to the completion of the program, are subject to be charged the non-promotional regular price for days delivered. Remember, Fresh-N-Healthy meals are freshly prepared. After an order has been placed, your fresh fruits, vegetables, produce and other ingredients are ordered.
